Brock Harcourts Victor Harbor (as we are known today) was established in the mid 1990s by Managing Director Michael Brock under the original trading name of Brock Partners. In 2004, a joint venture between one of the most prestigious and established real estate agencies in SA, and one of Australasia's most innovative and results driven real estate enterprises formed ‘Brock Harcourts’.

In April 2005 the office was re-located from Ocean St to its current high profile location on the corner of Hindmarsh Rd and Renown Ave, the first real estate office visitors will see on entering the town.
